Our story

Nick Alvarez bought Junipero three years ago after managing cafés for other people — and it runs the way he always thought a coffee shop should: regulars greeted by name, drinks made right, no rush at the counter.

Our beans come from a Los Angeles roaster and land every Tuesday. Pastries come from a baker right here in town. Seven people, one small shop, and a morning crowd that keeps us honest.
